Purpose
The Finance Business Partner provides leadership in financial management, planning, and financial oversight for all Benelux projects and related programs. The role ensures adherence to approved policies, procedures, and Bunzl Standards, with the aim of delivering accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting.

Partner operates independently and reports directly to the Finance Director
Benelux of Bunzl.
Tasks and responsibilities
You are co-responsible
for:
- The
overall project deliverables, steering, and execution of your assigned
projects.
- Managing
stakeholders across the operating companies (opco’s), Benelux DT, and Bunzl
Plc.

decision support. You work closely with cross
Effective influencing skills, strong stakeholder management, and transparent communication—supported by tools such as Slack or Jira—are key to ensuring alignment, real‑time information sharing, and project execution success.
Key Responsibilities (non‑exhaustive):

Act
as the Financial Business Partner for Project Leads
·
Develop
short
·
Allocate
and manage project resources effectively.
·
Coordinate
cross
·
Identify
opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
·
Facilitate
project meetings and ensure communication flow among team members.
·
Prepare
clear reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior leadership.
·
Monitor
progress, identify risks, and ensure transparency on status and challenges.
·
Address
issues promptly to ensure effective collaboration and decision-making.
·
Fulfil
additional duties at the request of the Benelux DT, including:
* Acting
as Interim Finance Manager for operating companies or DT functions (W&L, HR
and Procurement).
* Supporting post‑acquisition
integration processes
* Revenue steward for Benelux

Qualifications
Requirements
·
Proficiency
in Dutch and English is essential.
·
Strong
financial modelling skills and proficiency in MS Office.
·
In‑depth knowledge of company

Understanding
of financial policy development and adjustment methods.
·
Higher
Professional Education (HBO) in Business Economics or a related field.
·
Minimum
of 8 years of experience in a similar or finance
