During this 18-month trainee program, you will have the opportunity to explore two exciting Bunzl branches and work on your own projects. You will participate in two European assignments at Allshoes in Amsterdam and BUNZL Großhandel in Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Building a bridge between our clients and the technical possibilities of our portal.

* You research what our clients need, which problems they experience in our service.

* Development new selfservice clientportal.

* Optimize our customer experience by using our data and analyzing our current systems.

* You give advise about improvements and optimization.

* You identify sales opportunities.

* You create the strategy to make all this happen.

Qualifications:

* A university degree.

* Entrepreneurial skills, other extracurricular activities like an internship, an own company of a board year.

* Living in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.

* Available for at least 36 hours a week.

* Driver’s license B.

* A high level of self-motivation, independent and structured work methods, and a confident demeanor.

* Fast comprehension, strong willingness to learn, and an analytical approach with a pragmatic, hands-on mentality.

* Proficiency in Dutch, English (B1 minimum) and German (A2 minimum)).

* You recognize yourself in our values perseverance, dare and courage.

Nice-to-have:

* Preferably international experience.

* Experience in a sales job.
