Digital Commerce Manager

As a Digital Commerce Manager you will…

· Advise and challenge the companies in the digital commerce roadmap· Support the companies the selection and implementation of digital commerce tools· Support them in the change management Connect companies with similar digital tools or challenges, communicate best practices· Facilitate an e-commerce community· Build content for a digital academy· Train the companies how to better position web shops and how to lead existing customers to the web shops· Support companies to transform web shops into customer engagement portals· Support companies to build customer self-service selection tools or configurators· Support companies to build brand shops and punch out shops· Facilitate the roll out of our internal marketplaces· Accelerate, improve and roll out our OCR solutions· Improve the pipeline and progress of EDI projects· Support initiatives to launch or improve chatbots· Improve the usage of our supplier portal· Coordinate the digital marketing community and bootcamps· Investigate what we are missing to increase the customer orders from 70 to 85%· Work closely with the finance and purchase department to expand digital documents with customers· Manage our project overview in Monday.com

· Monitor new technologies

Join us if you have

· Experience working in SME companies

· 5-10 years of experience in running various e-commerce projects (web shops, portals, EDI, digital marketing etc)

· Strong commercial drive and strong communicator / networker

· Preferable based in The Netherlands, Belgium or Northeim Westfalen

· Willing to travel frequently within Europe.

· Fluent in written and spoken English is a must. Dutch, German, Spanish, French or other languages are very welcome.

· Experience in facilitating workshops

· Bachelor degree

· Desired Behaviours : Humble and serving attitude / Passioned about technology and how this enables commercial success/ Self-steering and wellorganised, ability to monitor many parallel projects.
